The minimum qualification is B.E. / B.Tech with 50% of any recognized university or any other equivalent recognized examination.

The ECE department aims to prepare its students proficiently and nurture engineering professionals for challenging but rewarding careers in all phases of engineering activities ranging from R&D, product design to development and manufacturing through delivering first-class engineering education, teaching excellence and providing opportunity for leadership development. The department contributes to the mission of the College and University to create, preserve, and disseminate knowledge by maintaining strong and highly interactive undergraduate and graduate programs and by carrying out high quality research in a limited number of focused areas. The department is headed successfully by Mr. Rakesh Kr. Sharma (M.Tech, Ph.D*) since the establishment of the department and has progressed exponentially in the field of academics, infrastructure and industrial exposure.
