Pass in 12th Class of 10+2 of CBSE or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and must also have passed English (core or elective or functional) as a subject.

5 Year

BA LLB is a five-year programme, spread over ten-semesters. The programme comprises of various core and elective subjects interspersed with summer trainings. All the semesters are a blend of intense classroom learning and hands learning in moot court. Moot court is for students to take part in simulated court proceedings, which usually involves drafting briefs (or memorials) and participating in oral argument. The JEMTEC school of Law has leading judges on the panel for mock trials. This prepares students in perfecting the legal analytical, research, and writing skills that practicing attorneys must have.
