Welcome to the Department of Mechanical Engineering at I.E.T. Alwar. As you browse through this web page you will realize that Our Bachelor’s degree gives graduates the knowledge, skills, and attributes to be successful in the private sector, government, and non-governmental organizations. Several of our graduates have won research and teaching assistantships to study at prestigious graduate schools. We have a diverse representation of students, faculty and staff in terms of cultural backgrounds, gender and ethnicity. We are committed to student-centered approach to learning and to student success. We pay particular attention to our freshmen and mentor them to be successful. The stream of mechanical Engineering has and will always been considered as head of Engineering. The department offers academic program of Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech). An experiment offers and highly profession faculty and well experienced support staff. The department has achieved great heights under the able leadership of Mr. Amit Kr. Malik. The student are provided the opportunities to engage in project works, seminars, Workshops under the departmental society named “COMET”-Confederation of Mechanical Engineering talents run by the students with faculty coordinators.
