Course Details

The candidate shall have secured not less than forty five percent (45%) marks in the aggregate with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with any one of the following subjects, namely, Chemistry, BioTechnology, Computer Science, Biology and Electronics. Provided that, the minimum marks for the purpose of eligibility shall be forty percent (40%) in optional subjects in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST and OBC candidates from Karnataka.

Course Description

Department of Civil Engineering was started I the year 2009 with a sanctioned strength of 60 students. The department has excelled in overall improvement in the results in the VTU held examination and presently the pass percentage is 88% with 100% results in 6 subjects. The department is growing in terms of quality in teaching is the real indication of the recently announced results. The department aims at imparting better education in the field of Civil Engineering to suit the ever growing construction industry and is dedicated to maintain highest quality in teaching and also practical aspects.
