The placement record at RIMS is really impressive with 108 companies coming to our campus last year and around 87% of the students of the 2013-15 batch being placed at the time of their passing out with an average salary of over Rs 4.00 Lakhs per annum and a maximum salary of Rs 9.00 Lakhs per annum (CTC). The balance students were all placed before their Convocation, which was held in December, 2015.. The placement season for the 2014-16 batch has already commenced and 54 companies have participated in our campus recruitment process and 78 offers have already been received. We are confident that we will be able to successfully place all our students by March, 2016 and this year, we expect that the average salary package (CTC) will be higher at Rs 4.25 lakhs (CTC) per annum. The feedback from the Industry is very positive and they are happy with the quality and performance of our students.

Ergonomics is a growing field of interest and we borrow from the latest research and developments in making the place of learning adapted to ensure the best learning environment. The seating arrangements and placing various equipments in most effective ways have ensured low fatigue among students. The LCD projectors, A/Cs, Podium etc. are placed optimally to leverage maximum learning. A stay should be comfortable and while it’s challenging to bring the comforts of home we do try to make it into one. Options like Single double and triple occupancy rooms with attached bathrooms are available. All rooms are furnished with table, chair, cupboards and cots for individual students.
