Post Graduate Diploma in Management ,

Placements for the 2015 class of the flagship Post Graduate Diploma in Management at Kirloskar Institute of Advanced Management Studies (KIAMS), Harihar & Pune were conducted between September 2014 and May 2015. Over 75 companies participated in the final placement process this year. Participating firms spanned diverse sectors such as Consulting, Health, Manufacturing, IT, E-commerce, Telecom, Market Research, Banking, Financial Services, Retail, Social Media, Garment and others. Current year placements has shown good improvement in percentage of placements and marginal average salary increase viz-a-viz previous years. After finishing their Summer Internship Project (SIP) students come back to campus to start their final year in mid June and thereafter companies start visiting for placements. It begins with a formal interaction between the student community and participating companies through Pre-Placement Talk (PPT). The objective of PPT is to provide the students with an opportunity to understand the organization, the job profile and career prospects.

In fact, the vibrant campus life is a magnet for students who come to KIAMS from all over the country.
