We have sufficient facilities for conducting campus recruitment. There is a spacious seminar hall fitted with equipment for sound and projection required for audio visual presentations and it is absolutely suitable for pre placement talks. Apart from it we have comfortable air conditioned halls for group discussions and personal interviews and anterooms for conducting written tests. We may very proudly add that we have enhanced our infrastructure to an extent that we are in a position to organize ‘Pool Campuses’ in which colleges from all over Haryana can be invited to participate in the recruitment process and avail the facilities that our college has to offer. We can also conduct online exams for the selection process in which 300 students can participate in one go. Around 40 to 60 number of eminently acceptable employers – Leading Companies and HR Agencies visited DITM Campus every year for recruitment. Almost all eligible students get placement / offer before the pass out, with package from 3 to 8 LPA. Around 2000 students have already been placed on attractive jobs by campus selection drive. DITM has received Best Placement Award for Delhi & NCR consecutively 4th time. The actual recruitment process consists of following steps: The Pre Placement Talks: Companies that agree to recruit students from our institution send a team of some members to our campus for Pre Placement Talks. During these talks students get a chance to interact freely with the panel which gives them a fair idea of the particular organization and its work culture. This helps them decide if they wish to apply for a job with it. Submission of Resume: Willing students then have to submit their resume either through the Placement committee or to the company directly as per its requirements. Short listing of candidates: Qualifying students are then short listed and the placement committee informed accordingly. Campus Interview: A recruitment team then visits the institution for the final selection. For this they can hold written tests, group discussions, case studies or personal interviews. List of the selected candidates is usually announced on the spot. Since we are ambitious of placement of all our students, our Corporate resource Centre spares no effort in equipping them with all that is essential for landing lucrative careers as per their aspirations.
